Thank you for shopping with selldo. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase without penalty.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


2. Returns

Because we operate through a dropshipping model, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

If approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our suppliers directly.


3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may not include original shipping fees (unless the issue was our fault).


4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
    We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items or clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
